Christmas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. hash browns
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    8 slices crumbled bacon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 chopped green onions
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Stir in hash browns, cheese, milk, onions and seasoning.
    Pour into 9 inch pie tin.
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Save 1 Tbsp. of fat.
    Crumble bacon over egg mixture. Combine cornflakes and bacon fat.
    Sprinkle over egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night.
    Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
