Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury pizza crust
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
    1/4 lb. Provolone or Mozzarella cheese, shredded or broken into bits
    1 egg
Preparation
    Roll out dough. Layer pepperoni and cheese.
    Roll dough back up.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Beat egg with a little water. Brush top of dough with egg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Slice to serve.
