Healthy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. oil
    pinch of salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes and onion in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Chop up garlic cloves.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 10-inch nonstick frying pan. Add ingredients to pan; set heat at medium-high and lightly stir to cover them with oil.
    Season lightly with salt and heavily with ground pepper.
    Cook, covered, 10 minutes.
    Cook uncovered, for 10 minutes, turning hash browns over several times to brown evenly. Serve hot.
