Old Fashioned Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    salad dressing or mayonnaise modified with cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. cream
    1 Tbsp. mustardy salad dressing or 1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Soak shredded cabbage in ice water.
    Drain and wrap in towel to crisp.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Moisten with salad dressing or modified mayonnaise.
    Add sugar, onion, vinegar, cream and mustard or mustardy salad dressing.
    Toss together; chill and serve.
