30 Minute Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 sticks butter or oleo
1 c. water
2 pkg. liquid unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together into a large mixing bowl flour, sugar and soda. Melt butter or oleo; add water and chocolate.
Bring to a boil and pour over flour mixture.
Beat eggs; combine eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and beat well.
Pour into a greased 12 1/4 x 14-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
Cake will be moist.
Leave cake in pan.
