Twinkie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 Twinkies, cut lengthwise
    1 large box orange jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. 7-Up
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Preparation
    Place Twinkies in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add 7-Up, pineapple and ice cream.
    Let thicken. Pour over Twinkies.
    Spread Cool Whip on top.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
