Easy Croissants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, cold and cut into pieces
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix well.
    In saucepan, heat 1 cup water, milk and 1/4 cup butter until about 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0 (butter doesn't need to melt). Add to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Set aside.
