Dennis' Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 lb. round steak, cubed
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 can chopped green chilies
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 can mushroom bits, drained (reserve liquid)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Flour the cubed steak and brown in the oil in a hot skillet. Do not drain.
Add onions and garlic.
Mix other ingredients, include the liquid from mushrooms, in large bowl and pour over meat and stir.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
