Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until tender and mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
    Mix Ritz crackers and butter and sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 375\u00b0 oven.
