Nachos Supremos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. chorizo, casing removed
    1 large onion, chopped
    hot pepper sauce
    1 (30 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can green chili salsa
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 to 2 avocados, mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. pitted ripe olives
    parsley sprigs
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Crumble beef and chorizo into a skillet.
    Add onion; cook until meat is browned.
    Drain well.
    Add hot pepper sauce.
    Spread beans in a 15 x 10-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread meat on top; sprinkle on chiles and cheeses.
    Drizzle green chili salsa over all.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
