Sausage Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, hot or mild
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 cans Hungry Jack biscuits
Preparation
    Saute sausage, green pepper and onion together in skillet over medium heat until sausage is done. Add next eight ingredients and reduce heat to low. Stir until mixture thickens. Flake each biscuit into five parts and place in miniature muffin tins that have been sprayed with vegetable spray. Fill pastry shells with sausage mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes or until crust is brown. Remove to cooling rack.
