Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
Beat at low speed. Mix dry ingredients together and add gradually.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
