Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 greased pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
