Easy Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 large can pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Cool Whip or whipping cream
Preparation

Mix flour, butter and brown sugar until crumbly and spread onto cookie sheet.
Do not pat down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves together and pour over warm crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool; cut into squares and top with Cool Whip or whipping cream.
