Vinegar And Egg Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    In separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients and combine with flour using fork until all is moist. Chill 15 minutes before rolling.
    Makes 2 double crust pies and 1 pie shell.
    Freezes well.
