Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquid from spinach
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. each: celery salt and garlic salt
salt and red pepper to taste
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well and reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth.
Add onion and cook until soft, but not brown.
Add liquid and stir constantly.
Cook until smooth.
Add seasoning and cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add spinach.
Can be served immediately or frozen or let flavors blend in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
