Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Line pan with foil.
    Put dry soup mix on top of roast, then brown sugar, ketchup and garlic powder.
    Seal in foil and bake at 300\u00b0
    for 3 hours, or until tender.
