Deviled Crab(My Mother-In-Law'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and white pepper
    1 tsp. Accent (can be omitted)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. sherry wine
    8 slices bread, crumbled
    mayonnaise
    1 (1 lb.) can crab meat (backfin crab best)
Preparation
    Mix together egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Accent, mustard, sherry wine and bread crumbs.
    Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.
    Add crab meat; blend well.
