Pineapple Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 stick oleo
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pineapple and juice
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream together first 4 ingredients.
    Add eggs and beat on slow speed, then add last 3 ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown, about 45 minutes.
