High Fiber Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. molasses
    3 c. sour milk or milk with 3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. bran
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Dissolve baking soda in molasses.
    Add milk, flour, bran, wheat germ and raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
