Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. hot water
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar and add eggs and then hot water.
Add flour, soda, salt, nuts, oatmeal, chips and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
