Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground
1 c. green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. water
1 c. red or green peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 garlic clove
Preparation

Geese and ducks have a strong flavor and are improved by stuffing the craw and body with cored and quartered apples.
The apples absorb the strong flavor, therefore should not be eaten. Celery and onions are also placed in the duck to improve the taste.
