Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Measure all the dry ingredients into an 8 or 9-inch square or round cake pan.
    Blend together thoroughly with a fork.
    Mix wet ingredients and pour directly over everything in the pan.
    Stir with fork until everything is well blended.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
