Sea Breeze Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. beef broth (canned) reserve remaining broth
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    a little grated onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat remaining beef broth to boiling.
    Pour over softened gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
    Cool slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into mold or 9 x 9 Pyrex dish.
