Baked Brisket(4 Pound Brisket) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket, then wrap in foil. Marinate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Add 1 cup barbecue sauce and bake 1 hour longer.
    Recipe may be doubled for larger brisket and increase baking time 2 hours.
