Pineapple Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mustard
dash of soy sauce
hot cooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brush chicken with margarine; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Combine next six (6) ingredients; stirring well.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
Serve over rice.
