Creole Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. dill pickle
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. chives
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add chopped shrimp and saute until pink. Allow to cool.
Blend all other ingredients (except chives) until smooth.
Add chives and chill.
Serves 24.
