Easy Meat And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck (uncooked)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Crumble beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with chopped onion.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Spread soup (undiluted) over the top.
    Cover with Tater Tots.
    Do not stir.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
