Taco Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/3 c. chunky salsa
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat. Drain. Stir in 2 3/4 cups water, salsa and chili powder. Bring to a boil; stir in macaroni. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until water is almost absorbed. Add Velveeta; stir until melted. Top with crushed tortilla chips, chopped green onions and tomatoes. Makes 6 servings.
