All Bran Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 yeast cakes
1 c. warm water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. All-Bran cereal
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
6 c. unsifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast cake in warm water.
Pour boiling water over All-Bran.
Add oil, sugar and salt.
Let set long enough to cool. Add yeast, eggs and 3 cups flour and beat well.
Add 3 more cups flour, or enough to mix.
Knead dough; let rise 1 1/2 hours or until doubled.
Knead dough.
Shape into 3 loaves and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
