Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    water
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 c. liquid from meat
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place in large kettle the chuck roast, 1 large onion, (chopped), salt and enough water to cover the meat.
    Cook several hours until meat falls apart.
    Shred meat with fork or use a blender (set aside).
