Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
3 regular-size cans chopped tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can corn (whole kernel)
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. each: Ranch style dressing mix and taco seasoning
Preparation

Cook chopped onion in a small amount of oil until soft.
Add ground meat and cook until no trace of red remains.
Add the seven cans of vegetables (including juices) and the two packages of seasoning mix.
Bring to a boil, then simmer until ready to serve.
