Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    3 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    2 qt. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    small bay leaf
    2 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown half of the ground chuck. Add onions, herbs, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, garlic and mustard. Bring to a rapid boil, stirring often. Add bay leaf. Turn down to a simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add sausage and remaining beef. Boil for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Stir often. Simmer for 2 hours. Add kidney beans the last 15 minutes.
