Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white
2 1/2 tsp. water
8 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Combine everything except nuts.
Stir in pecans and evenly coat.
Pour onto a foil-lined, sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes at 275\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
Put on waxed paper to cool.
For extra coating, use same amount of pecans and double mixture.
