Ground Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, salt and pepper until crumbly; drain.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Layer next 3 ingredients over ground beef.
    Top with soup.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
