Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli, cooked, chopped and drained
    deep 9-inch pie shell
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Line bottom of pie shell with 1 cup cheese.
    Cover cheese with all broccoli, then cover with the other cup of cheese.
    Beat eggs, salt and milk together and pour over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
