Turkey Breast Strips In Broccoli Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. chicken stock
    6 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 1/4 c. broccoli flowerets, chopped fine
    1/2 c. 35% cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. turkey breast strips
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boil.
    Add onion, garlic, broccoli and cream; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Saute turkey strips; season with salt and pepper.
    Drain grease.
    Pour broccoli cream mixture over meat; cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
    Remove from heat; adjust seasoning and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
