Lime Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 large marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. Cool Whip
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

In a double boiler melt the marshmallows with the milk.
Place the gelatin in a large bowl.
Pour the hot mixture over the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add the cream cheese.
Blend with an electric mixer.
Add pineapple.
Cool.
Fold in Cool Whip and mayonnaise.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill completely.
