Best Of The Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small white onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 eggs
    2 slices white bread
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Chop onion and\tgreen pepper in very small pieces. Beat eggs until creamy.
    Chop
    bread\tinto
    small
    pieces.
    Mix all ingredients using
    half
    of
    tomato
    sauce.
    Grease
    a 2-quart Pyrex baking
    dish.
    Pour
    ingredients into Pyrex dish. Shape, then pour remaining
    tomato sauce over top of meat loaf.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1\thour and 25 minutes or until well done.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
