Seafood Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen haddock
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of shrimp soup
    3 tsp. sherry
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Mix soup and sherry.
    Place half of thawed fish in bottom of a 10 x 6-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with half of the shrimp mixture.
    Repeat.
    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and salt.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
