Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. taco seasoning (French's)
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck or round
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can large black olives, sliced
    2 medium heads lettuce, shredded
    2 red onions, chopped
    1 basket cherry tomatoes, sliced in half or 3 tomatoes, cut up
    1 pkg. nacho cheese tortilla chips
    2 cans 3 bean salad (Green Giant) or can kidney beans (red)
    1 bottle Catalina dressing
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 c. finely minced smoked salmon or turkey
    1/4 c. seeded chopped cucumber
    pinch of fresh dill
    1 peach, chopped
    1 Tbsp. maple syrup
    pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
    1/4 c. finely minced red onion
    1 c. tomato puree
    1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Serve with cold poached salmon or other fish.
