Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box blueberries, washed and drained
sugar for sprinkling
cinnamon for sprinkling
powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease an 8 or 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
Mix together, by hand, the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg. Pat half the mixture into the prepared pan.
Top with blueberries sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
By hand, make crumbs with the remaining mixture and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. When cool, add powdered sugar.
