Pineapple Icebox Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
4 eggs
large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo.
Fold in eggs without beating.
Stir in pineapple.
Grind or crush vanilla wafers and alternate with pineapple mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts and place in refrigerator to harden.
Serve with whipped cream (optional).
