Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb top sirloin steak
    1/2 c oil
    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 c beef bouillon
    1/4 soy sauce
    1 Tbsp corn starch
    1/4 c water
Preparation
    To prepare, heat pan.
    Add oil and garlic, Brown garlic and remove from oil.
    Add steak and fry a few minutes.
    Add ginger, salt and pepper then add green peppers and onion.
    Mix well with steak, add 1 c of bouillon.
    Mix together soy sauce, corn starch and water add to meat and onions.
    When sauce thickens, remove from heat.
    Serve with rice.
