Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. salad oil
    celery salt (4 shakes)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Slowly add other ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat until it coats spoon, stirring constantly. Cool.
    If you want to stretch it, add 1/2 cup Miracle Whip.
    Pour over cold cooked cubed potatoes.
