Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. hamburg
1 green pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1 (8 oz.) enchilada mild sauce
1 pkg. soft tortilla shells
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Combine meat, green pepper, chili powder and oregano. Cook until meat browns.
Drain.
Remove from heat. Add soup, water, sauce and garlic salt.
In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, layer tortillas, meat, cheese and end with meat on top.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with sour cream and taco sauce.
Let set for awhile.
