Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup shortening
    4 eggs
    16 ounce can pumpkin
    1/3 cup water
    2 cups sugar
    3 - 1/3 cups flour
    2 baking soda
    1 -1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
    2/3 cup raisins
Preparation
    Cream shortening. Stir in eggs, pumpkin and water. Sift dry ingredients together. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Stir in coarsely chopped nuts and add raisins. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 inch well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
