Scalloped Potatoes With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet red peppers
    4 lb. baking potatoes, sliced (about 8 large)
    1 qt. milk
    3 c. heavy cream or half and half
    2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 small hot green peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine potatoes, milk, cream and garlic in pan.
    Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
    Remove.
    Stir in all peppers and seasonings.
    Bake in 2 dishes and cover with cheeses.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
    Makes 16 servings.
