Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chopped sauerkraut (# 2-1/2)
    1 cup celery
    1 green pepper
    1 large green pepper
    1 large sweet onion
    4 oz pimentos
    2/3 cup vinegar
    1-1/4 cups sugar
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 cup oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Rinse sauerkraut well and drain.
    Chop and drain celery, green pepper, onion, pimentos. Mix sauerkraut and vegetables. Mix vinegar, sugar, water, oil and salt and pour over vegetable mixture.
    Chill overnight before serving.
