Green Chile Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken gravy
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain grease.
    Simmer gravy, green chiles (undrained) and 3/4 of sour cream over low heat.
    Do not allow to boil.
    Soften tortillas by placing in wet dish towel and microwaving for 1 minute.
    Place spoonfuls of meat mixture, gravy, cheese and salsa on tortillas.
    Place seam side down in gravy-lined baking pan.
    Pour remaining gravy and cheese over burritos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until hot.
    Serve with remaining sour cream and salsa.
